Send your part to us and we’ll apply the appropriate variant of the Draupnir process to it to achieve the performance you’re looking for.
Our third generation coating apparatus is capable of small batch runs with a maximum part size of a 5” cube. We’ll be scaling up to handle larger individual parts in the near future. In the meantime, if your part is larger than this initial chamber can hold, we can run test coupons of your materials. This will let you perform bench testing to evaluate corrosion resistance, coefficients of friction, or wear rates at smaller scales.
